These terms cover your use of landfed.com and the Landfed member portal, operated by Abundant Pastures Foundation dba Landfed ("Landfed"). By using the site, you agree to them.

Private members association

Landfed is a private members association. Harvest shares, reservations and member benefits are available only to members. Your membership, including dues, renewal, cancellation and the rules for harvests and ranch visits, is governed by your Member Agreement. If these terms and your Member Agreement differ, the Member Agreement controls.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend access for misuse or for breach of your Member Agreement.

Site content

Text, photos, video, logos and ranch information on this site belong to Landfed or its ranch members and partners. You may view and share pages for personal use, but please don't copy or republish our content without permission. Member-only information, including ranch records and test results, is for members' personal use.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to access other members' information, disrupt the service, scrape content, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Information on the site

We work to keep harvest dates, availability, weights and pricing accurate, but estimates can change with each animal and season. Content on this site is general information, not medical or nutritional advice.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Landfed is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
